I help leaders and organizations turn strategy into execution—making transformation, leadership, and Lean-Agile actually work in practice. I moderate executive panels, keynote conferences, and facilitate workshops, helping leadership teams navigate change, complexity, and growth at scale.
At the same time, I support CEOs, founders, and executive teams as a fractional transformation advisor and executive coach, providing experienced guidance without hiring a full-time executive.
My Role: I don’t “run Agile” or install frameworks. I help leaders build organizations and cultures that can execute strategy repeatedly and sustainably.

- Principal, Executive Coach & OKR Advisor: Member of global leadership team and co-lead of Agile practice (~70 consultants, annual double-digit growth from 2022 to 2024). Key Impact: Helped scale Agile practice globally, driving double-digit sales growth and expanding workforce to meet demand

- Co-led international Agile practice during leadership rotation with two fantastic colleagues
- Developed and implemented strategic growth initiatives, resulting in expanded project portfolio and global client engagements
