I have a passion for people and change. During my career in corporate consulting (9+ years with Accenture) and line organizations (Lufthansa, Deutsche Bank) I learned project management from scratch, moving on to setting up larger programs and experiencing the power of agile transformations done well.

People are at the core of agility, hence my focus as a consultant and coach is on assuring that teams leverage what SAFe and other methods have to offer, in order to achieve great joint successes they are proud of, while changing their corporate culture as they go.

As a trainer, I enjoy sharing my hands-on experience across industries and sparking the enthusiasm for SAFe.
