Anja Wickert, Team Scagilize

Anja Wickert

Senior Consultant & Trainer, Expert for Change Management & Design Thinking

Ever since I started my professional life in 2000 (you remember, the "internet bubble"), the topic of e-commerce/web 2.0/digitalisation/industry 4.0 has occupied me. I have developed concepts for it, written requirements, planned and managed projects and even written code for a software myself. Now I combine this experience with my experience as a coach – to approach the topic of digitisation holistically and to support you in taking your team on this journey. Because digitisation is not a project, but a change that we will not turn around – it is moving forward, and we should use it as a great opportunity to shape things.
