the effort of the journey has turned into pure satisfaction after a successful SAFe & AI Summit in San Diego last week. There was a lot to see, hear and even more to report. Here is a quick rundown of the most exciting news from Scagilize.

On October 6, Scagilize founder  Gerd Wessling  and Rebecca Davis , SAFe Fellow and member of the AI-Native SAFe Framework team at Scaled, will share the latest insights on how best to make the transition from "Core SAFe" to "AI-Native SAFe".

The session covers the shift from the traditional Lean-Agile model to an AI-native operating model, accelerated experimentation, collaboration between humans and AI, and best practices for how different roles can use AI to optimize flow and achieve better business outcomes.

The course  Launching AI-Native ARTs marks a big step in the evolution of SAFe toward AI-Native SAFe . The world's first training of its kind took place in San Diego, and the photo below gives you a sense of how well the premiere went.

What is the two-day course and workshop about? You will learn the fundamentals of "AI-Native SAFe". The program includes an introductory overview and a hands-on workshop in which you create your own tailored plan for adopting AI-Native SAFe. It is designed for members of a "Core SAFe" ART (or people joining a new ART) on their way to becoming an "AI-Native SAFe" ART.

The course will be released on September 29. Scagilize will offer it starting in October, dates to follow!

The  Large Solution SAFe® (LSSP) course also made its debut in San Diego. This two-day intensive training shows how very large and complex systems, for example with hundreds of people involved in automotive, medical technology or industry, can be developed in a well-coordinated way using "Core SAFe". It is aimed at change agents in large organizations who work on complex solutions, as well as SPCs, RTEs, STEs, Solution Managers, Product Managers and Architects.

The first Scagilize dates with our highly experienced trainer Robin Barten are set, with more to come:

Long awaited and finally here: SAFe Fellow Ian Spence has just published the third part of his trilogy " Practical Ways to Improve Your Decision Latency ". In "Make Your Decisions Flow", he wraps up the discussion on practical ways to reduce decision latency by showing how decision-making processes can flow more smoothly.

AI-Native SAFe is evolving fast, and the AI-Native courses are keeping pace: The former three-day AI-Native Change Agent course has been revised, condensed into two intensive days and aligned with the Value Architect, a central role in AI-Native SAFe. It has been renamed accordingly: AI- AI-Native Value Architect.
