Recap: Team Scagilize at the SAFe & AI Summit in Amsterdam in March
|
The SAFe & AI Summit
took place in Amsterdam from March 22 to 25.
Scagilize was represented by Managing Director Gerd Wessling, SAFe Fellows Brian Tucker
and Ian Spence, and Tjardt Möller
– and we also brought along representatives from our current SAFe and AI-Native consulting clients.
What stood out to us:
The overall (optimistic) atmosphere was fantastic, the AI-Native (course) concept is becoming increasingly “mature”, “Customizing SAFe” was a major topic – as was the steadily growing realization that becoming AI-Native and already being lean/agile (hopefully 😀) creates particularly high synergies within companies.
|
New Course for Leadership Teams:
Leading the AI-Native Organization
|
The two-part course has become a three-part series: The one-day course/workshop “Leading the AI-Native Organization”
is designed for executives who want to integrate internal
AI experiences and ideas into a comprehensive, actionable AI strategy -
and achieve very concrete results even during the course itself. This course/workshop is also ideally suited for in-house delivery (on-site or remotely) – please feel free to contact us!

5 Value Patterns – to separate AI-Natives from AI tourists 😉
|
How can a company successfully and quickly overcome the “AI-Native gap” (see image above)?
On this topic — and the five success patterns that almost always help, regardless of the business context — there are highly interesting, up-to-date PDFs and white papers from the AI-Native core team available for free download on our website.

New Tooling Solutions:
Nooga Risk and Nooga Portfolio
|
Since early March, Scagilize has been the exclusive partner of the Swedish company Nooga in the DACH region. The experts in scaled lean/agile tooling solutions are now introducing two new products: Nooga Risk and Nooga Portfolio.
|
Nooga Risk
revolutionizes risk management through seamless integration into existing development workflows in MS Azure DevOps. No context switching, no separate GRC tools—just efficient, AI-powered risk management that works right where your teams are working.
Nooga Portfolio
adds a layer of strategic planning to MS Azure DevOps and links OKRs and epics to the teams implementing them, allowing leaders and executors to focus on what matters most.
