Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling by Scagilize

Scagilize reserves the right to cancel or postpone a remote course. The paid course fee will be optionally credited to a future Scagilize course or the course fee will be fully refunded by Scagilize.

Cancellation policy of our SAFe and Profit Streams courses:

Cancellations by the client/participant are subject to the following fees:

• up to the 30th day before the event: no fee
• from the 29th day until the 7th day before the event: 50 % of the participation fee
• from the 6th day before the event: 100 % of the participation fee
• Provision of a substitute participant up to 2 days before the start possible: 150 Euro processing fee per name change

All cancellations and rebookings must be notified in writing at kontakt@scagilize.de

The course fee paid (less any cancellation costs incurred) can be applied to another course run by Scagilize that takes place within 6 months of the originally booked class. A 10% fee of the normal course price will be charged for each such rebooking requested by the client.

Refunding

Upon cancellation by the client, Scagilize will make a refund within thirty (30) days – subject to this cancellation policy. For payments made by credit card, the refund will be credited to that credit card.
