I love taking people and organizations one step further. In my 15+ years of experience as a change manager, the SAFe framework offers me a safe, predictable and measurable environment in which we can evolve and develop together.

My personal challenge is always to help an organization become more profitable and at the same time achieve greater internal satisfaction. This drives me every day to become a little better.

I draw inspiration and strength from the personal change processes that accompany my life.
