I love supporting organizations in their evolution—in a way that empowers people not only to adapt to change, but also to actively shape it. As a SAFe Practice Consultant and Agile Coach, I guided teams and companies in creating greater clarity, focus, and genuine collaboration.

At a leading DAX-listed company, I led complex transformations: from agile product management and process optimization to collaboration across entire business units. This experience taught me the invaluable role of transparency and shared understanding in a company's success.

My personal motto is therefore: "Maximum alignment through transparency and focus."

Today, I develop customized workshops on artificial intelligence, adaptive value streams, and prioritization management. My goal: to help companies respond more quickly to change, align their value creation, and bring strategies to life.

What's particularly important to me? To engage people, inspire courage, and create solutions that truly make a difference—for the company and for the people within it.
