Robin Barten is an independent transformation advisor, executive coach, and certified SAFe® SPC & trainer with more than 10 years of international experience helping organizations execute large-scale transformation initiatives. He advises executives and leadership teams on organizational change, operating model design, strategy execution, and leadership effectiveness. He previously served as Principal and co-lead of a global transformation consulting practice, where he scaled the practice across Europe and North America while supporting international growth and capability development.

Robin combines executive coaching and servant leadership to help organizations navigate complexity, align leadership teams, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. His experience spans enterprise Agile transformations, organizational restructuring, OKR implementation, leadership development, and operational excellence initiatives across multiple industries, and he thrives in international settings.

In addition to his advisory work, Robin moderates executive panels, facilitates leadership workshops, and delivers keynote presentations on leadership, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
