I'm an Agile & digital enthusiast and a change ninja! I know of no greater joy than conspiring in creating 'aha' moments that move us forward. With 15+ years in the field, my passion lies in helping create 'WHY-clear' work cultures, and using innovation methodologies and coaching to create products and services that users can become fans of. The rapid pace of change led by the startups and digital revolution has put traditional business and organizational models under tremendous stress. Companies and teams know they need to transform the way they work, but don't always know how – well, I'm the how-guy!

Change is my fuel, on the people-side and in processes. I'm well versed in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Design Thinking, Innovation processes (e.g. hackathons) and Lean Startup. I combine them with learnings from the personal development world to support the change and innovation efforts in teams & organisations.
In delivering a mix of these, I have had 15 years of professional experience, with 10+ years in the Agile space.
