The first principle of the Agile Manifesto is: "Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software." But is 'value' enough?

No. Without profit, a business cannot sustain itself. This means that business leaders must quantify the value of their software, put a price on it, and design a business model that creates a sustainable profit.

In this talk, Gerd, Luke, and Ian explore how value streams must evolve into Profit Streams™ so that the business can continue to serve customers over time.
