Time flies – the SAFe & AI Summit took place four weeks ago, and we at Team Scagilize are still looking back fondly on the wonderful encounters and conversations we had in Amsterdam. We have a lot of news to share – here’s an overview:

The SAFe & AI Summit took place in Amsterdam from March 22 to 25. Scagilize was represented by Managing Director Gerd Wessling, SAFe Fellows Brian Tucker and Ian Spence, and Tjardt Möller – and we also brought along representatives from our current SAFe and AI-Native consulting clients.

What stood out to us: 
The overall (optimistic) atmosphere was fantastic, the AI-Native (course) concept is becoming increasingly “mature”, “Customizing SAFe” was a major topic – as was the steadily growing realization that becoming AI-Native and already being lean/agile (hopefully 😀) creates particularly high synergies within companies.

The two-part course has become a three-part series:
The one-day course/workshop “Leading the AI-Native Organization” is designed for executives who want to integrate internal AI experiences and ideas into a comprehensive, actionable AI strategy - and achieve very concrete results even during the course itself.

We’ve also added new dates for our AI-Native courses in Germany. Stephanie Fischer, Jörg Nitschmann, Anja Wickert, Gerd Wessling, and Tjardt Möller are ready to kick off the next phase of our AI-Native training initiative. The feedback we’ve received so far—for example, from Berlin and Frankfurt—has been outstanding!
