Our SAFe LPM (Lean Portfolio Management) is a two-day interactive course that teaches practical approaches that holistically combine strategy and finance/investment implementation with agile portfolio management and lean business management.

You will learn how to build an up-to-date portfolio management system that is aligned with Lean Agile principles. In order to fill the advantages of a "Lean Agile organisation" with life, we naturally also deal with how essential framework conditions and processes should look at the SAFe portfolio level.

Interactively, you will optimize the flow of a portfolio using a portfolio kanban and learn how to create, evolve and prioritize portfolio epics for maximum economic value. Insights into creating "Value Stream Budgets" and the four SAFe "Lean Budget Guardrails" – as well as measuring portfolio performance – round out the course content. Additionally, the concept for a one-day workshop "Getting Started with LPM" is included and explained in the course materials. After the course, you will have the opportunity to take the external exam for the SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager certificate.
