In this three-day course, you will go beyond team-level fundamentals to master the Scrum Master role within a SAFe enterprise. You will learn to successfully plan and execute the Planning Interval (PI) and ensure alignment across the organization. Now upgraded with an AI-focused curriculum, this training equips you with responsible guidance to protect sensitive data while using AI to accelerate facilitation, coaching, and PI execution.

After the course, you will have the opportunity to take the external exam for the SAFe® 6 Scrum Master certificate.
