Facilitate ARTs, optimize value delivery and accelerate with AI

In this three-day certification course, you will learn the skills to be an effective, AI-Empowered SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a SAFe enterprise. We will cover how to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitate events, and coach teams for continuous improvement.

You will also explore how to leverage AI as a work accelerant, using new skills in prompting and pattern recognition to enhance risk identification and problem-solving, all while adhering to responsible AI principles. After the training, you have the opportunity to take the exam to become a Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer.

You will receive more details about the course delivery methods after your booking. The daily course times with one-hour lunch break and short breaks every hour leave you time for your daily business even during the training days.

What you'll learn:

• Lead the Agile Release Train (ART): Facilitate key SAFe events, especially PI Planning, to align all teams on a shared mission and vision.
• Accelerate ART Coaching and Relentless Improvement: Use AI-powered tools to identify performance patterns, dependencies, and risks you might otherwise miss.
• Optimize the Flow of Value: Manage risks and dependencies, foster cross-team collaboration, and remove complex organizational impediments for the entire ART.
• Apply Practical, Responsible AI Prompting Techniques: Accelerate complex problem-solving, analyse data, and enhance your personal effectiveness as an RTE

Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:

• Experience within an ART for at least one PI
• SAFe Agilist (Leading SAFe)
