In this three-day morning course, learn to effectively perform the Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) role in the Agile Release Train (ART). Gain skills to break down Epics into Features and Stories, manage backlogs, leverage AI, plan and execute Iterations and Planning Intervals, and use the Continuous Delivery Pipeline for improvement.

After the course you have the opportunity to take the external exam to become a Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager.
